Where We Ship

Colshirt currently ships orders to delivery addresses within the United States.

Shipping at No Extra Cost

Colshirt currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for our standard shipping option, and no standard shipping fee is added to eligible orders.

Preparing Your Order

After an order is successfully placed, we generally need 1–2 business days to process and prepare it for shipment.

During this stage, your order may be reviewed, packed, and prepared for handoff to the appropriate shipping carrier.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off may begin processing on the next available business day. Weekend and applicable holiday orders may also be handled on the next available business day.

When Your Order Should Arrive

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, standard transit generally takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Combining normal processing and transit, the overall estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 4–7 business days.

Who Delivers Your Order?

Depending on the order and delivery destination, packages may be shipped through one of the following carriers.

Follow Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, available tracking information will be provided through the shipping confirmation.

Tracking information may not appear immediately. The carrier may need additional time to receive and scan the package before tracking updates become available.

Please Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact Colshirt support as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address issues before an order has been dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Can't Find Your Package?

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the common delivery areas around your property.

If you still cannot locate the shipment, contact our support team with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the available shipment details.

When Delivery Takes Longer

We work to maintain our estimated delivery timeframe, but unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order information.

One Order, More Than One Package

In some circumstances, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

When this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each package, and the packages may arrive at different times.
